Why we built SpokeQuote

Most notetakers can tell you what was said. None of them can tell you what it costs. SpokeQuote turns a meeting into a structured, priced quote — not a transcript you still have to work from.

The real gap in trades software isn't transcription, it's the quoting logic itself. Most tools make you rebuild your pricing inside their system. SpokeQuote ingests your own template and rate card instead, so every quote it produces looks and prices the way you already do business.

Where we're starting

We're building SpokeQuote for UK trades and small building contractors first — the electricians and builders who send a quote after every job. One core engine, configured differently for each trade, so what we learn in one vertical carries to the next.

What we won't compromise on

1. Correct tax treatment and the compliance notices your jurisdiction requires — on every plan, including Free.
2. A mandatory human review step before any AI-drafted quote goes to a client.
3. Your own data, always exportable, even if you downgrade or leave.
