What counts as a quote?: One quote is consumed the moment a meeting is priced for the first time — not on recording, not on transcribing. Editing, re-pricing, producing Good/Better/Best options and revising within 90 days of the original never consume another.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?: Nothing is ever silently billed. You choose: add a quote pack, move to a higher tier, or wait for the reset. Everything you've already made — recordings, transcripts, quotes — stays exactly where it is; only new pricing pauses.
Is anything ever gated for safety or compliance?: No. Correct tax treatment, your cancellation-notice pack, consent capture, AI-output marking and the mandatory human review gate are on every plan, including Free.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?: Yes. Cancelling is self-serve, two taps, no retention call. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date and nothing is deleted — anything above your new tier's limits stays readable and exportable.
